Introducing: Jobs For Our Future

Launched in 2024, this 51视频Cities initiative aims to offer guidance and resources to empower youth to join the fast-growing green economy and take the lead in shaping a sustainable future.

Good, green jobs are critical for tackling the climate crisis鈥攖hey avoid environmental harm, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, protect nature, and improve wellbeing. They provide fair wages, safe conditions, and stable employment across various sectors like construction, transport, energy, waste management, and healthcare. These jobs vary by region based on local economies, but they all play a key role in driving a just and inclusive transition to a greener world.

With industries increasingly adopting sustainable practices, opportunities for young people to build meaningful careers in green sectors are on the rise.
