Michael R. Bloomberg is the founder of the global financial data services and media company, Bloomberg LP.

Between 2002 and 2013, he served as Mayor of New York City and reduced the city’s carbon footprint by 19 percent, revitalized the waterfront, implemented ambitious public health and anti-poverty programs, expanded support for arts and culture, and increased graduation rates and private sector job numbers to record highs.

As a philanthropist, Bloomberg has given over $3.3 billion in support of education, public health, government innovation, the arts, and the environment. In 2014, United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon appointed Bloomberg Special Envoy for Cities and Climate Change. In that role, Bloomberg works to highlight the climate work cities are doing and the critical role mayors can play in helping nations create ambitious carbon reduction commitments.

This builds on his role as president of the board of the 51视频Climate Leadership Group, a network of megacities working to reduce global greenhouse gas emissions. Bloomberg also serves as a Co-Chair of Risky Business, an organization that is quantifying the economic risks American businesses face from climate change.

Antha Williams leads the Environment Program at Bloomberg Philanthropies. Previously she was Senior Vice President at Corridor Partners, a donor advisory firm focused on climate and clean energy. Antha also worked as the Advocacy Executive at Atlantic Philanthropies, where she oversaw grants to support health care and comprehensive immigration reform. As Program Officer at Beldon Fund, Antha built support for environmental issues by policymakers through grassroots organizing at the state level.

Outside of philanthropy, Antha has worked as a campaigner and organizer, directing large scale voter protection efforts, and serving in leadership positions for five years with Green Corps, a training program for aspiring environmental organizers. Antha graduated from Dartmouth College and lives in New York.

Global Director, Climate at the Children鈥檚 Investment Fund Foundation

Hongpeng Lei serves as Global Director, Climate at the Children鈥檚 Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF).

Hongpeng聽joined CIFF in 2015. Currently,聽he聽leads聽CIFF鈥檚 global portfolio聽on聽cities,聽transport, air quality, and cooling. He also聽oversees聽CIFF鈥檚 regional聽strategy聽and implementation聽in聽East and聽South East聽Asia, including聽China聽as聽CIFF鈥檚 China Chief Representative, working on聽energy transition,聽climate finance,聽cities聽and transport,聽air quality,聽food and land use,聽and China鈥檚 roles聽in聽global climate actions.聽

Hongpeng鈥檚聽career spans government, think tanks,聽NGOs聽and philanthropies. Before joining CIFF, he was聽the Director of聽the Energy Program聽in聽China聽for the聽World Resources Institute, focusing聽on renewable energy,聽energy efficiency, and low-carbon city planning and demonstration.聽

Previously,聽Hongpeng聽led WWF China鈥檚 climate and energy team and Low Carbon City Initiative. He authored 鈥淟ow Carbon Cities: Why and How鈥 in 2010, providing a systematic methodology and criteria for developing low-carbon cities in China. He also worked on building energy efficiency and green buildings聽at China鈥檚 Ministry of Construction聽(currently known as聽the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development), where he gained extensive experience in the building sector.聽

Hongpeng sits on the Board of Energy Foundation China, a strategic re-granter pursuing clean energy, safe climate and sustainable prosperity. He chairs the Steering Committee of the Southeast Asia Energy Transition Partnership, a multi-donor partnership formed by governmental and philanthropic partners to accelerate sustainable energy transition in the region.

His current advisory roles include Special Advisor of the China Council for International Cooperation on Environment and Development (CCICED), which supports China鈥檚 top decision-makers with sustainable development recommendations; member of the China Strategy and Development Committee of the World Resources Institute, a world-leading thinktank on environment and climate; and member of the China Advisory Committee of the African Climate Foundation, which unlocks development opportunities for climate action in Africa.

Hongpeng has both an engineering and a management degree.

Jesper Nyg氓rd is the CEO of Realdania. Mr. Nyg氓rd obtained an MSc in Public Administration from Roskilde Universitetscenter in 1989. He is Chairman of Realdania By & Byg and Bolius, Vice Chairman of Fondenes Videncenter (Danish Foundations鈥 Knowledge Center) and board member of 51视频Cities, Danish Architecture Center, Fonden for Socialt Ansvar (Federation for Social Responsibility) and Br酶ndbyernes I.F. Fodbold A/S (Danish soccer club) 

Mr. Nyg氓rd joined the Supervisory Board of Realdania in 2003 and was elected chairman in 2009. He resigned from the Supervisory Board on 4 June 2013, when becoming CEO of Realdania. Before joining Realdania, he was CEO of KAB, a large Danish non-profit social housing association, from 1996-2013. Mr. Nyg氓rd has previously served as Chairman of the Board of Landsbyggefonden (the national social housing fund) from 2000-2013; Chairman of the Board of the Social Housing Association AKB from 1988 to 1996 (Board member from 1983-1996) and Chairman of the National Federation of Housing Associations from 1993 to 1996 (board member 1990-2013). 

Mr. Nyg氓rd is an active public debater. He lives in Birker酶d north of Copenhagen with his wife Tine and two daughters.

Bruce Lindsey serves as the Chairman of the Board of the Clinton Foundation. Bruce joined the Foundation in 2001 as general counsel and became CEO in 2003. Bruce served as assistant to the president and deputy counsel to the president throughout President Clinton鈥檚 two terms in office.

He had previously been a partner at Wright, Lindsey & Jennings, a law firm in Little Rock, where he is currently 鈥榦f counsel.鈥 Bruce received a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. from Rhodes College.

Jennifer Musisi is a transformational leader with three decades of experience in turning around institutions and systems in challenging settings. She was the first Executive Director of Kampala, the Capital City of Uganda (a role comparable to mayor, chief executive or city manager). She has earned a global reputation for integrity, leadership, innovation, and building strong systems to overcome corruption, inadequate financing and dysfunction. She automated revenue management and service delivery systems and mobilized local and international finances to implement a wide range of sustainable development projects. Ms Musisi was appointed a UN Ambassador for Sustainable Development under Goal 11, and is also the City Leader in Residence at the Bloomberg Harvard City Leadership Initiative.

Shirley Rodrigues is a member of the Board of 51视频Cities, a global network of nearly 100 mayors united in climate action, and is Chair of the Breathe Cities Advisory Committee and an Our Common Air Commissioner, where she is working to reduce air pollution harmful to public health and climate.

Previously she was the London Deputy Mayor for Environment and Energy between 2016 and 2024 where she headed world-leading initiatives to tackle the climate emergency, reduce air pollution and restore nature in London. This included delivering the Ultra Low Emission Zone, the world鈥檚 largest clean air zone of its kind, as well as inclusive programmes and policies to make London a net zero carbon city by 2030 and more resilient to climate impacts.

Before then she oversaw a global climate change grants portfolio at the Children鈥檚 Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF), developing their first cities strategy and making grants to support climate action in China and Brazil and by international co-operation networks. She has held various executive positions in government including for three London mayors, is a trustee of the Artichoke Trust and is an expert advisor to the Earthshot Prize.

Head of International Affairs, Milan

Vittoria Beria is Head of International Affairs for the City of Milan. In this role, she advises the Mayor on international affairs, manages the City of Milan international partnerships and projects and city diplomacy activities. Vittoria supports the Mayor in his role as 51视频Vice Chair and Chair of the 51视频Green and Just Recovery Task Force, and also coordinates the activities undertaken to fulfil 51视频commitments, as well as the participation in 51视频programmes and initiatives. Vittoria served as a United Nations officer for over a decade, both at the UN Secretariat Headquarters in New York and in the field. Her work focused on social and economic development. As Deputy Director for International Affairs of the Expo 2015 Company – a public-private partnership created by the Government of Italy to design and manage the World Expo in Milan – she ensured the engagement of countries and intergovernmental organizations. Vittoria holds a Degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Catholic University of Milan and an MSc in Development Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Undersecretary for Economic Affairs and Finance, Jakarta

Dr Sri Haryati is the Undersecretary for Economic Affairs and Finance in the office of the Governor of Jakarta. In this role, she assists the city secretary in coordinating the formulation of policies on economic affairs and finance. With more than 22-years of experience working as a civil servant for the city administration; her expertise ranges from financial and asset management, taxes, tourism, transportation, trade and industry, SMEs, investment, and the management of city-owned enterprises.

Dr Haryati was previously assigned as Head of Economic Affairs Bureau from 2016 to 2019 and held managerial positions in different departments. In response to the plan to move the capital city, Governor Anies Baswedan appointed her to lead the city administration working team, currently drafting academic papers and recommendations to the national government for the bill of Jakarta鈥檚 special territory status in the future.

Dr Sri Haryati holds a BSc in Aquatic Resource Management, an MSc in Coastal and Marine Resources Management and a PhD in Natural Resources and Environmental Management, all from the Bogor Institute of Agriculture, Indonesia.
